If you experience problems importing PowerPoint presentations, the problem may be an incompatible image format on one of the slides. Choosing the "Safe Image Import" option will use an alternative method for importing the images. While this method is more reliable it is slower and it can cause some image distortion, especially if images are overlapping each other on the slide.
LecShare Pro needs to reserve a certain amount of hard disk space in order to save audio recordings made within LecShare Pro. This space is only temporarily used while a recording is taking place. As soon as the recording is over the reserved disk space is freed.
It is recommended to set the reserved space to least 100 MB to ensure that there will be enough space to create the recordings. 5 MB is the minimum amount allowed.
LecShare Pro will warn you when the reserved disk space is getting low. If the disk space becomes critically low LecShare Pro will automatically stop and save your audio recording.
