Assistive Technologies

An assistive technology is a hardware tool or software application that allows people with various disabilities to interact with a computer. Assistive technologies include, but are not limited to:

• Screen readers - a software application which read the text on a screen to people with visual disabilities
• Screen magnifiers - a software application which enlarges portions of the screen to make them more readable to people with visual disabilities
• Alternative entry devices - hardware devices which allow ways to interact with a computer other than a keyboard, for people with physical disabilities

Regardless of the disability or the assistive technology used LecShare Pro can export a presentation which allows anybody to interact with it.

Please note, the HTML export provides the most accessible form of the presentation. The HTML export can be included with any of the other export formats to ensure that a presentation is accessible to everyone.
