Microsoft Word Export Options

This exports the presentation to a Microsoft Word document. There are options to include images of the slides and the lecturer's notes. This file can then be distributed to people to takes notes directly on their computers. Please note, the Microsoft Word export is not completely accessible. It is designed primarily for people to take notes in. For a presentation to be accessible, the HTML version should be exported in addition.

Images of Slides

This will export images of all of the slides as JPEG images.

Image Size

This sets the size of the images to be exported to one of the predefined sizes or to a custom size.

JPEG Quality

This sets the quality of the JPEG compression for the images. 100% is high quality and 0% is low quality. Quality settings lower than 50% will be noticably poor.

75%-80% is a good balance between quality and size.

Lecturer's Notes

This option exports the notes typed in the Lecturer's Notes section in Microsoft PowerPoint. The Lecturer's Notes can be used for transcripts of the audio.

In order for a presentation with audio to meet accessibility requirements a transcript must be included.
