The first step to ensuring your presentation is accessible is to use LecShare Pro's built-in tools to see if there are any accessibility problems. You can then add any additional information needed to make sure all the slides meet accessibility requirements.
LecShare Pro offers a number of different options for exporting your presentation. (Accessible HTML, QuickTime Movie, MPEG-4, Microsoft Word).
To ensure that your presentation is accessible you must, at a minimum, export your presentation to the Accessible HTML format.
The Accessible HTML format will ensure that your presentation will meet Section 508 requirements and will also ensure that your presentation is accessible to the widest possible audience. You can also export your presentation into the other formats, but to ensure that your presentation will be in compliance with Federal disability requirements, the Accessible HTML must be provided as an alternative format for people to use.
