This shows all of the slides in the presentation plus a summary of any accessibility errors.
The top row shows the slide number.
The second row shows a thumbnail image of the slide.
The third row shows if there are any accessibility problems with the slide.
"Accessibility OK" (Green) = There are no problems.
"Check Table Headers" (Yellow) = There are one or more tables that need checking to make sure the proper table headers have been assigned. Click on the slide and the click on the "Accessibility" button to fix the problems. (See Table Headers)
"Alternate Text Missing" (Red) = There are one or more images on the slide that do not have alternate text assigned to them. Click on the slide and the click on the "Accessibility" button to fix the problems. (See Alternate Text)
"Missing Chart Caption/Summary (Red) = There are one or more charts that do not have either a caption or summary. Click on the slide and the click on the "Accessibility" button to fix the problems. (See Chart Caption/Description)
The two status lights to the left of the Slide Tray will instantly show if there are any slides that still have accessibility problems.The top light shows if there are any accessibility problems and the bottom light shows if there are any problems with the slide titles.
If all the slides are green and say "Accessibility OK", the top status light will be green. If just one slide is either yellow or red, the status light will be the corresponding color.
If all the slide titles are OK, the bottom light will be green. If there are any duplicate or missing slides, the light will be yellow or red accordingly.
