LecShare Pro 1.55 released - Snow Leopard and QuickTime for Windows compatibility

LecShare, Inc. announces the release of LecShare Pro, version 1.55. This update addresses compatibility issues with Snow Leopard and the new version of QuickTime for Windows.

LecShare Pro and Lite are now compatible with Office 2008 under Snow Leopard. Unfortunately, due to changes in the way OS X handles applications that run under Rosetta, like Office 2004, neither version of LecShare can work with Office 2004 under Snow Leopard. Office 2004 still works fine with LecShare under older versions of OS X.

This version also fixes problems with the new version of QuickTime for Windows where the audio would become corrupted. This problem mainly impacted Vista users.

This is a free update for all registered users.

LecShare Pro allows you to add audio to Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to create QuickTime movies, MPEG-4 Video files (Video Podcasts), Accessible HTML, and Microsoft Word documents. You can either record audio through a microphone or import audio files.
